…have a family fun filled summer? I sure hope so, and as usual, the days of summer fall faster than the autumn leaves. Speaking of change, our church schedule changes:
Beginning the first Sunday after Labor Day – Sunday, September 9th:
Worship Service is at 10:15 am
Sunday School for all ages at 9:00 am
This fall’s start-up marks a milestone! On Sunday September 9, 1984, I preached my very first Sunday message at Praise Fellowship Church! That was thirty-four years ago, launching ministry that touched people beyond imagination.
Sunday, September 9, 2018, gives us an opportunity to celebrate! Meaning…we want to set aside time and give opportunity for many of us to tell our stories of what Jesus has done in our lives here at PFC.
Some of you took God from being a “concept” into “an experience” and have never been the same. Many of you have been married at this altar, others of you dedicated your children to the Lord, some said goodbye to your loved one, some of you followed Jesus’ step of water baptism, and others of you have been miraculously healed or delivered from demonic chains that addicted your life. Some of you have received the mighty in-filling of the Holy Spirit, some called to the ministry, some of you have graduated from our Ministry Training School called SMTI, some of you re-dedicated your lives to one-another and to the Lord. And for some of you, your story is just unfolding…
No matter where and when you fit into those moments, this is the occasion that gives the Lord glorious praise and recognition for what He has done.
