God is so good! What does a young man do when God has called him to attend Bible college and his funds run out, even though he is working hard at a job? The young man prays. This is what Dan did.
During a Tuesday evening worship service at the Bible college in TX, the preacher asked all students still in need of financial support to stand. Dan stood. A man walked up to Dan and told him that the Lord wants him to pay Dan’s remaining tuition! The remaining tuition was about $3400!
Two weeks later, Dan still had not received the funds the man had said he would provide. Dan was in danger of having to leave Bible college. He called his parents, who also prayed and got others in the church to pray. Dan’s parents felt the Lord wanted them to help Dan out, so they deposited some money in his tuition account. More was still needed. Prayers continued.
Another week passes and at another Tuesday night worship service, a woman approaches Dan. She said her husband had lost Dan’s contact information and apologized for the delay in providing the funds. She took Dan’s information and the following week they handed Dan a check for $3400!
Praise God! Jehovah Jireh is our provider!
